Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name in TV. The parents of De La Garza were from Ireland and Mexico. The actress was born in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December, 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas where she pursued a physical therapy career in the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last long in Texas then moved into Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles including local independent films and global commercials. Despite the small parts she soon discovered her love for acting. Then she moved in New York in 2001 and landed her very first acting job as Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. She had minor roles on JAG the Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. In 2004 she landed her first major series role on the short-lived show The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Mitch Pileggi. The character she's most well-known for is the A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She appeared for 85 episodes. Later, she starred in The Law & Order: LA short-lived sequel. De La Garza received nominations for a variety of Awards, including the Best Supporting Actress on TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as a number of ALMA Award nominations. She won an Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then chosen as a recurring character on CSI Miami. She was Marisol Deko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. She was the character Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dramatic dark series Do No Harm. After just two episodes the show was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her older twin brother Cory was born 10 years older than her. She was raised in an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano started her acting career aged seven after her babysitter joined her in an audition. Her audition was in the top 1000 applicants. Her audition was considered the only girl. Milano appeared in TV commercials as well as off Broadway programs, such as the American premiere musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
